Questions for Jerusalem Open House

1. There are many ultra-Orthodox men and women who may be closeted homosexuals, is there a safe environment in Jerusalem, or in all of Israel for that matter for them to come out and remain members of their religious groups?
2. Are there any existing laws in Israel that protect minority groups like homosexuals, or African refugees?
